Cancellation Policy

Shugr.me will make every effort to accommodate any extenuating circumstances that may befall their clients, however to try and minimise lost appointments Shugr.me operates a 'three strikes' policy whereby if a client is unable to provide sufficient notice of non-attendance or fails to attend more than 3 times then that client will be unable to book any further appointments with Shugr.me.
The exception to this policy is in the unfortunate event that a contagious disease such as COVID-19 has been contracted, or suspected. Shugr.me will endeavour to accommodate any changes in circumstances however we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice to re-arrange you appointment. If you wish to cancel or change your appointment you can do so at anytime providing you do so within 24 hours of the appointment by calling us on (07717) 573416 or by sending us a Facebook Message

Lateness

Shugr.me generally allow a 5-10 minute grace period on an allotted appointment. If you are late, we may not be able to complete the entire treatment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be rescheduled in order to meet the needs of those who are on time for their appointments. If this occurs, this may be treated as a missed appointment

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these Terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, Acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T. viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.

Personal Belongings

Any personal belongings that are brought onto shugr.me premises or left outside are done so at the client’s own risk and Shugr.me does not accept any liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
